It’s bread… that’s sweet… (need we say more??), made with freshly-milled flour from organic Soft White wheat berries, along with some lemon juice and ginger.

Soft and moist, this particular loaf can be a bit shy, because some people aren’t quite sure what to think of it – but don’t worry, the bright, lemony tang definitely takes the spotlight, while the ginger is happy to just be a quiet, subtle kick at the end.

Note: For those of us who prefer to watch our sugar intake, each sweet bread loaf contains less than one cup.

Because our bread is made with freshly-milled flour, it doesn’t have any chemicals or preservatives to make it last as long as store-bought bread, so please check the “Best By” date on the label, and refrigerate for maximum freshness!
