One of our classic yeast loaves, made with freshly-milled flour from organic Hard White wheat berries.
It’s amazing on its own, or with a little butter and jelly – or it makes for some pretty awesome sandwiches (French Toast with sliced bananas, anyone?).
Note: Hard White bread tends to taste a little sweeter than Hard Red bread.
Because our bread is made with freshly-milled flour, it doesn’t have any chemicals or preservatives to make it last as long as store-bought bread, so please check the “Best By” date on the label, and refrigerate for maximum freshness!
