Note: Hard White flour is typically used for yeast breads, and has a sweeter flavor than Hard Red flour.
Because our freshly-milled flour doesn’t have any chemicals or preservatives, it doesn’t last as long as store-bought flour, so please check the “Best By” date on the label, and refrigerate for maximum freshness!
