We’ll admit, we’re no Italian nonna – but our homemade pasta is crafted with (almost) just as much love! This conchiglie is made with freshly-milled flour from organic Hard White wheat berries and water. Seriously, that’s it!!

Conchiglie (kawn-keel-ee-ay – don’t be shy, go ahead and give it a shot… KAWN-KEEL-EE-AY): we know, we could just call them “large shells” – but how boring is that?? And trust us, these noodles are anything but boring. Their scoop-shape make them an amazing addition to zuppa toscana, or even just a classic chicken noodle soup!

Because our pasta is made with freshly-milled flour, it doesn’t have any chemicals or preservatives to make it last as long as store-bought pasta, so please check the “Best By” date on the label, and refrigerate for maximum freshness!
